

The Fresh Air Spring Training Camp is designed to prepare you for the following Outback Events:

Persona 1/2 Ironman, June 6 2010
Come and join us in beautiful Oliver to get comfortable on the race course, and get some early season open water swimming experience. We will discuss technique and pacing for all three disciplines, race nutrition, transition practice, and basic bike mechanics.

Join the BPR coaches for monthly testing sessions, along with specific educational objectives and follow detailed training plans to help you prepare for 2010 and beyond. The scope of the sessions will help you learn to develop your own training plans, and guide you to long-term athletic development.
ALL Endurance Education Sessions will be hosted in Kelowna at iQuest Health and Fitness Centre. Click HERE for all the details on the Kelowna based EES program, and for a brief description of what is being offered through the Endurance Education Satellite Series described below.
Endurance Education Satellite Series locations have been set up with the following affiliates to provide an opportunity for athletes from outside of Kelowna to participate in supported on-line training programs, and for access to monthly lactate testing sessions.
