Thanks again Andrew, Chris and Ginny for another helpful weekend of information and testing!

I would just like to clarify that I have understood the results of my last test.

We have identified my Respiratory System as a potential limiter to performance.  My respiratory rate changes at 120 BPM, and 140 BPM.  As I get close to the 140bpm mark I start to get away from using Free Fatty Acids (did I get that right?) and start using Glucose.  When the glucose is broken down a byproduct is CO2 which signals an increase in respiratory rate.  So, at my balance point of 165 BPM am I using glucose as energy in an oxygen dependent state, and once I go beyond 165 do I start breaking down glucose in an oxygen independent state?  How does this relate to the production of lactate, and what other byproducts are produced?  How does this relate to supplying Oxygen to my muscles?

Thanks!

Great question...I will take a few minutes to digest it all, and see if I can help put it into writing tomorrow, when my brain is a bit refreshed.
