Sometime before Saturday, can you refresh my memory on how to redue my treadmill test so I can see if I improved.  I remember how to do the bike test because now I am doing this weekly.

Simple...
Do three minutes at a 1% grade at the following speeds... 3.5,4,4.5,5 mph
or continue until you reach your LBP HR.

Record your HR at each interval, and plot the speed/HR on your graph. Remember that your printout may have been changed to km/h, or might still be in mph, even though the printed graph will still read km/h on the y axis.
