http://www.danispies.com/

Check this out!

This site emphasizes whole grains, quality protein sources, and veggies galore.

I like that the recipes are organized by different categories on the left side. I was looking for a low carb dinner, and found fish on greens etc.

There are videos to help the 'culinary challenged' like myself.

I want to try the Kale chips next. I'll let you know if they are good.

Just reading through some of the older posts- I am not sure if you ever tried the Kale chips but I did...and I must say I think I finally found a way I can eat Kale!!!

We get organic veggies delivered and now it is Kale season I have tried numerous recipes but I have never found any that I really liked..some I could tolerate ( cause I know it is good for me) but I always groaned when I saw more kale in our bin.
Kale chips are definitely the way to go:)

My recent experience with the Kale chips was not quite as successful...tasted like dry seaweed. I am nto convinced that the health benefits of kale are worth the effort. However, we did use Kale in an omelette afew months back, and with a little heat, oil, salt and pepper, it was nearly edible.
