Hey did I see you out on Williamson's lake yesterday doing some liquid mountaineering? Ahaa!  You SAY your training for IM but now what all that training is for! Cheesy.....

OMG...this had me peeing my pants. Maybe we should include this in next year's Oliver camp. Looks like a great way to start a sprint tri actually...

And Ginny, forget next year...I am going to make "liquid mountaineering" the warm up for the swim portion of our Osoyoos Training Camp. Bring your waterproof shoes. I am pretty sure our Vibram five fingers are perfect for this!
