He was probably the first Canadian cyclist, along with Geoff Kabush to start using Spiro-Tiger as an athlete who worked closely with Juerg, who is the North American distributor, and the first person to bring them into the country. But he probably did not start until he was in his late teens. So, you actually have a head start on where Ryder was with regards to resp training.
