Hello Everyone!

Wow, what a great day...and was it ever HOT?! A big thanks to Andrew, Ginny, Chris, Rob, Mike and Eric for their great advise and excellent tips.
It was amazing to get into the lake...regardless of how cold it first seemed, and work out the cob-webs. Strange to have to sight again...too bad there wasn't a line on the bottom of the lake!
The bike course was F-A-S-T thanks to some excellent road work on the back side of Black Sage Road. There will be some very happy people on that course...I was actually pedaling (yes, Andrew...me, pedaling!) down that stretch of black top!!!
Although I didn't get to peek at the run course (had to break camp and Ticklberry's was calling my name!), I'm sure it will tax the legs nicely.
Here's hoping the weather is warm enough on race day to keep it interesting. There is no way it could possibly rain any more than it did last year. And I've got my fingers crossed that it won't be hot like Africa like it was 2 years ago...a happy medium would be perfect!
Regardless...this is going to be a great race and thanks very much to Fresh Air for getting us all together and psyched for it!
Ally
