Hey everyone,
Olav is riding up Silver Star tonight at 6pm from the BX School. He has invited anyone that would like to join him so come on out for a beautiful evening of climbing!

Last Friday evening way amazing. Totally clear with no smoke in the valley.
Olav is unbelievable! I seriously just don't get it. You think I would be able to put up a bit of a fight but I don't even come close. For those of you that haven't seen Olav ride uphill it is just spectacular. Definitely motivates me to keep training and never give up.
I hope to ride up again this Friday if anyone is interested. Let me know.

Cool.
I had some inspiration this evening during a talk that Leah Goldstein put on at Breakaway. I haven't even ridden with her yet, but her stories are fascinating, and her mental strength is awe inspiring.

I agree. She made it clear that if you want to improve on the hills....get out there and climb Silver Star....over and over and over......I'm sure you get it....
I will be spending some extra time on that road before the season is over!
