I'm no expert, but I would eat normally all week, normal amount of veggies and all. I don't think it helps to avoid veggies. It may just bung you up

I think you should be thinking about fluid intake ALL WEEK! Most of us are chronically dehydrated, so don't let that happen race week. If you don't want the flavour or extra calories all week, you could just put an eCap (not the discs) in your water. Don't pound the water, because that just goes straight through you, just keep sipping all day. You may want keep track of how much you are drinking by ticking off a list, or preparing bottles and putting them in the fridge.
