HI Guys,
Want to thank Peter W, Stephen U, Martin C and Joel J for coming down to be test rats for the latest and greatest testing in the world.

Through VO2, Physioflow (cardiac testing) and Portomon (tissue analysis) we were able to get some great data to focus on these guys for the next 6 weeks of training.

We will keep you posted when we may have access to this equipment again if anyone else is interested in being tested.

Actually we should be thanking you! The testing process was fascinating and I am looking forward to going through the results more completely.
Already we have identified what appears to be my limiter and have some training ideas to try and improve it!
It is fun to be a lab rat!!!!!!!

Anyone free to hike up some hills over then next 8 weeks?

I am pouring over some preliminary results, and have forwarded some ideas to Chris for discussion. We plan to have a detailed training plan ready for Thursday evening for each of the athletes who attended last week's assessment session.

We are also trialling a new format that will allow us to better communicate our ideas with each of our athletes. It is important for those of you who have received Polar products through our sponsorship last year to be using them in the most effective manner. All athletes should bring all of your equipment (HR monitor, Spiro, pulse oximeter) to training on Thursday, along with your long-term goal setting sheets.
