Thursday night sessions

Has everyone been seeing the same results as me from the Thursday night sessions? I feel more stable on the bike and running due to all the core work from Marjorie's intense workouts! The co-ordination gained from those cadence workouts have been excellent, preparing me for the gearing restrictions at Nationals and Westerns next year. The running drills Ginny put us through were great!
I'll never know exactly what improved which of my energy systems, all I know is that it's working! I've seen a dramatic increase in average speed in comparison to heart rate on my Polar Computer. For anyone who doesn't have one of these I would highly recommend it. They are excellent for comparing different workouts, as they upload all of the data to your computer. An interesting thing I've found - my elevation fluctuates +-5 meters while sitting in the Next Level Athlete building.
What are YOUR thoughts on what we have been doing?

Hey Peter
Yup...Majorie's session is KILLER, but I sure see results too. I started doing her class a few weeks before Ironman in July. I noticed a different in my swimming within a few weeks. I had some core strength to help stabilize in the water. Some of it's strength, and some of it is just learning to coordinate and activate muscles at the right time. I like doing it in a class though, as I find it pretty tough to motivate myself to do it at home.
