Weekend Training plans

Saturday: A few of us are riding the Tour De Lac: Leaving from the Bean Scene on Bernard Ave in Kelowna at 9am. If you are not interested in the entire loop a few riders will be turning around at the 1.5 hr mark.
Sunday: Mega Ski loop at Sovereign/Silverstar: Meet at the Sovereign lodge at 10am. Who's in? The pace will be extremely reasonable after saturday's ride!!!

I'm in, subject to the wind subsiding!
Sunday I'm going to head up to Kelowna Nordic for a Mega ski. Leave town around 9am. Closer to kelowna = more HW time afterwards... :S

The Captain is sadly out for Sat as I am double booked, but the Mega Ski on Sunday sounds promising.

One of the Sellars will be in for Sunday.
It's insane at the Star tonight. Full blizzard with gale force winds. We're watching the chair for night skiing, and there is NO ONE out there. Andrew is feeling tough though, and just went out for a run! I'm inside reading with Madeline.

Clear blue skies this morning...hope everyone has a great ride. Hope to see some of you for the xc ski on Sunday. Might try to drag Sean out, unless it snows again, and I am forced to enjoy some great downhill skiing again. Our life ROCKS!!!
