OK, Scoots (Scott McPhee) and I are in Mission Veijo, just south of LA. Thank you Pat! (And yes, we hire part timers, and NO they don't get sent to these events - sorry Trent and David)

We rode for three hours (scott opted for the 1 hour group and I can't find him post ride to check in with him). Climbed just under 1200m and came just short of 100km. A good variety of terrain and speeds to see how the bike felt. Looking forward to tomorrows ride!

Carla Ryan is here riding with us. She is hold many national Australian road and TT championships. She schooled the men on the climbs this morning but I think they liked it! I will do an interview with her tomorrow so if anybody has ANY questions for her let me know. I will share the interview and photos when I get back!

And, Yes it is warm but not bikini weather...

Great to hear you are getting in some great riding. My trainer is looking a little less appealing at the moment...
We'll try to keep up to those California legs when you get home.
