I can train all day with no stomach issues but when I train or race at race speed/effort I get really sick to me stomach.  Normally I can feel it coming on when racing but it really hits within minutes after a race.  It get severe stomach cramping for at least 2-4 hours after and everything else that normally come along with that!

I've eat different food before, during and after but nothing makes a difference.  I've also tried a few different mixes in my bottles which don't seem to help.  As long as I put a really hard effort in I will be sick to my stomach shortly after.

Anyone have any suggestions that may help this issue?  Is there anything I can take before, during or after that may help?

Hey Jason
I can see no one has responded to this....me either since you've mentioned you've tried many different drink options etc.

I have had various forms of stomach sickness when racing. The only time I've had cramping afterwards is from dehydration. One thing people often forget is to keep drinking after you've crossed the line.

During the race, when I've felt stomach pain or nauseusness, it's usually too much fuel, or too high a concentration. I dropped the concentration from 200+ kcal to 150kcal per bottle, and it goes down WAY easier. I personally use 1 scoop eload 108kcal + eFly to make up the difference which is also about 1 scoop (2 scoops is 120kcal). I've gone to lighter and lighter calories over longer distances as the intensity has increased. I have fewer problems with porta potties and stomach cramping etc.

Not sure if any of that fits with your experience, but good luck!
