I"m afraid I won't be attending C.O.B.R.A this weekend. Just got back from the physio. Saw a different girl tonight and got a lot more out of it. Opposed to the other who told me to ice. Today, she's poking around, says, "flex" instantly I screamed like a little girl.

Turns out I have some muscle imbalances causing some awkward tracking of the knee. Interesting the differences between my legs.  Supposed to avoid repret repret repret repretitive motions. Good thing cycling doesn't have any of that! Anyways gotta chill from the bike for yet another week or so, &%#!.

Also check my bike fit, look into some pedals with less float, and some other obvious stuff. Check in with physio on Wednesday, and hopefully get the thumbs up for crit #1.

Pray to the knee Gods. For Ian aswell as he strolled in with a similar situation as I was leaving.
Pce.

Aaaack! Sorry to hear that Scott. Hope you recover quickly, and get some valuable feedback from the physio. Exercises, exercises....enjoy.

Patella tracking problems are VERY simple to fix once the diagnosis is made. Be diligent with the rehab, and we will look forward to seeing you back on the bike very soon. Don't throw out your float pedals...the more mobility you have, the better you will be at controlling the situation, rather than being controlled. But DO make an appointment with Chris for him to look at bike set up...after he has spent some time with his new baby which is coming to view the world today!

Hi Scott - yeah, don't get rid of those pedals - as you develop more balance and you functionally improve your pedaling stroke and mechanics they be better in the long run!
Diligence and rep rep repetition will sort you out mate
