I'm looking for some inspiration to do the Salmon Arm Century Ride Saturday, Sept. 17.
Is anyone else doing it?

Sorry Jenny. We are hammering up and down Silver Star on mtn bikes on Saturday. Do it...you'll have a blast. Gin

Lion Man and I are meeting at our place at 8:00ish on Saturday morning, riding MTBs up to Silverstar, going for a run, then riding the trails up at the hill. We are both prepping for XTERRA Worlds. Everyone is welcome to join us, but we are setting pace. Steady on the first ride, building through the session.

The Captain has shifted gears philosophically and has altered his self identity as a runner  Grin
There is some SERIOUS running going down in Vernon.
All are invited to join ... just MSG me.
Do it soon cuz I'm planning a month long "holiday" in NW Mexico to live and train with the Tarahumara tribe ... Ohhh Yeah ... The Captain is a runner now.
As The Guardian says ... "This will be at pace" so be warned.

These training sessions may be useful for Team members heading to international locales ... say ... Maui and Kona  Kiss

Love it Captain! Remember, if you are going to run with the Tarahumara, you're going to have to subsist on grains...although they do drink heavily before their long distance races.
