Hey, if anyone wants to join me and my two friends swimming at the rutland YMCA/ family YMCA. every mondays, wednesdays, and fridays, at 6am. we swim around 3km or so. We are just looking for more people to come out and join us. We offer swim workouts some challenging, some easy going. We are open for all members and all skill levels. We are fairly decent swimmers as a group.

So yeah come on out, brave the winter cold, and just get some miles, in the pool, feels great in the mornings, and a very good wake up tool.

Hope to see you out there.

my email is durabrite123@hotmail.com, if you want to contact me about it.

Cheers
Alex

This is awesome Alex. Swimming is always better with company. I wish I was in Kelowna!

Hey Alex, we have not met, at least I don't think so.  I did introduce myself to one of the three of you, not sure if it was you!  I am at Athans on those days as well.  I will introduce myself next time....good to see some younger folk doing the miles, nice work!  Always nicer to swim with a group than by yourself, although I hear voices and they are being quite nice to me right now.

Dan,
As long as the voices in your head keep telling you to, "swim faster, ride further, and run stronger" then you should keep listening. When they tell you to "keel over and have a rest", tell them to screw off!
