On Dec.4 i ran the Vegas half, i ran it as a long training run. It was my first half marathon, and I really enjoyed it. It was fun and relaxed but I think next time I run a half marathon I would like to train for it.  Smiley

Way to go Marin! That must be wild running in Las Vegas. Is that the one that starts in the evening, and goes down the main strip? I'm sure that's not a race you want to do fast....you'd miss all the fun!

I am proud of you for covering the distance with very little training. Mre impressive is the fact that you negative split the run by over 10 minutes. So, you either got into a better rhythm in the second half, or spent less time ogling at all the bright lights on th strip coming back through town.

Congrats Marin, I hear from a lot of people who were down there that it was a GREAT night!! What an awesome run - the strip at night, and bands every mile!!!!! Would be great to have you keep up the running volume and quality!!
