Hey Team!!

I am enjoying my last day of work and it is filled with Christmas Greetings and well wishes for the new year..  Nobody is actually 'working' this week it seems!  There is a significant amount of tasty treats available for consumption as well!  My plan is is to get through the holiday season without gaining any weight. Smiley  A little bit of winter running, maybe a gym workout or two, some outdoor hockey with old friends, and of course, lot's O' SPIRO!

So before I leave for the great white north (Edmonton), I want to wish all my friends and Balance Point teammates a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Hey Quail, thanks for the Christmas wishes!!

We are up at the Star, having an early Christmas before Andrew heads to S.A. for work. Don't feel too sorry for him...we're heading out of town on the 28th.

Yup, it's going to be a challenge to keep the treat consumption down, but you've got lots of play planned to keep the love handles at bay.

Wow, 2011 sure was an incredible year of cycling and racing for our team. 2012 is shaping up to be just as good...here's to health, happiness, and SPEED in 2012.

A holiday challenge from the Sellars' hold to all th BPR High Performance crew, and any other readers out there doing their best to be ready for 2012...

1) Complete five of Luke's core strengthening sessions before our first team training session of 2012.
2) Complete one training session with a loved one. Take time during the session to share with them your goals and vision for 2012.
3) Do at least one of your sessions outside in the snow. The fresh air and beauty of a winter day is sure to help keep you motivated.
4) Enjoy y holidays with friends and family. The crew from BPR will look forward to seeing you all in January!

Don't forget to register for our Winter Training Camp in early January!
Happy Holidays
