Sellars family is off to a good start!

I cooked up a pot of quinoa and put it in the fridge. I then have a container of chopped veggies and mini tomatoes. We also have tuna and cooked chicken in two other containers. It is super easy to take a tupperware and dump in quinoa, protein, and veggies, and put some balsamic reduction on top, or salsa, or hot sauce, and call it lunch. So when I left the pool today on my way to a meeting, I had a quinoa salad instead of a muffin on the run.
