BPR athlete runs PB in 10K Vancouver Sun Run
Sun, Apr 19thDell Balfour ran a PB time of 38:35 on Sunday morning in the Vancouver Sun Run 10km race. A solid run result in the 50-54 age group. Well done Dell! As Dell reported after the race..."the comeback continues". Inspiration to us all.
