Comments:  This was my first triathlon of the season.   I am 12 racing in the 12-13 age group and this one is a Kids of Steel Series.  The swim was in an outdoor pool, which was cool because I had never done a triathlon swim in an outdoor pool.  I got a big lead in the swim that lead to a big lead on to the bike. On the bike I got even further ahead and then on the run I kept my lead without needing to push to my max.  I was happy with my result especially for the first race of the season.
