Mallorca Camp Schedule

(This is only an example.  The training schedule is ultimately decided daily by the coaches)
None of the sessions are mandatory.  You are more than welcome to take days off as you feel fit. 
Please note that there is a minimum​ of 3 ride groups daily: A group (typically 90-140km), B group (65-95km) and C group (45-70km). 

Day One

Build/rent bikes
Optional ride: 30-40k mostly flat, 
Pre Camp Meeting

Day Two

C group 45-55k rolling hills,
B group 55-65k rolling hills,
A group 75-85k mainly flat with one climb
Optional post ride run
Education session

Day Three

C group 45-55k mainly flat,
B group 65-75k mainly flat,  
A group 95-105k rolling hills

Day Four
