These classes will be coached by Coach Luke and will be following the principals of Balance Point methodology. This means that no matter what fitness level you are at you will be getting a tailored workout to help you achieve the best possible results from every class. We will be riding from 90mins to 2hrs and will be doing an optional core class after each session.
