Based on the popularity of our X-Elle Women's cycling program, we are super excited to present this continuation of that spirit into the fall season with an indoor cycling spin class. Great company, great tunes, and a great workout!
These ladies only workouts will be coached by Stacey and will be following the principals of Balance Point methodology. This means that no matter what fitness level you are at you will be getting a tailored workout to help you achieve the best possible results from every class. We will be riding from 70mins to 90mins and will be doing an optional core class after each session.
You’ll need to bring: Your bike, stationary trainer, wheel block, water bottle, towel, heart rate monitor, and a yoga mat. It will be helpful if you bring a cadence computer too.
