Winter Altitude Technical Training Camp

Part of building structural fitness is working on improving your weaknesses during training.
The BPR winter camp is designed to incorporate some environmental stress and a hit of volume to help push you to the next level.
We will be adventuring through the incredible trails and wilderness around the Okanagan. Be ready to have a great time trekking in the beautiful champagne powder snow for this two and half day training camp.
We will be doing a whole bunch of snowshoeing as the basis of the volume for this camp (snowshoe rentals available upon request). We will also offer opportunities for core strength training, education session/discussion, and a one-on-one swim coached session.
If you decided to participate in all that the camp has to offer, you have the opportunity to log over 12hrs of training in the 2.5 days.

Cancellation Policy: If you decide to cancel your trip, you will be refunded in full up to 30 days prior to the camps first day. No refunds will be provided in the 30 days prior to the camp.
