BPR Athletes were FLYING at the Campus to Campus 1/2 Marathon April 7! Allyson Reich reports feeling "Fantastic. Like really good." as she hunted down her competition in a mint-green jacket. Eric Malmstrum achieved a PB time of 1:28!! If he were placed in his correct category, he bagged another gold. Simon Craig was clearly eating his Wheaties...or Kale. He rocked the course in 1:26:35 placing 3rd. Clare Young bagged a gold also, in 1:32. She was grinning like a cheshire cat with her cash winnings. For some reason, I can't find Jeff Cameron's result. Looks good in his kit though! There were likely a whole lot more BPR runners on course. Get on the Forum and share your race reports! Congratulations to all.

The Winter High Altitude Training Camp could not have been more fun! It was a mash up of Classic Ski, Skate Ski, Snowshoe, Snow Run, Swim, mixed in with plenty of stretch, discussions about training and racing, and of course yummy food. We had athletes from Regina, Calgary, and all the usual suspects from Kelowna, Salmon Arm and Vernon. Thank you to those who joined us for a high energy, positive, mid-winter blast of training volume!
